This group is for Tao of Trauma alums and current Tao of Trauma students working in organizations or engaged in social justice/cultural transformation in their community who want to nurture and transform how that institution or domain functions for both staff and patients/clients in service of cultural transformation through healing. Your work will likely involve either formal or informal teaching – with a focus on organizational development, negotiating with boards and administrators, cultivating collaborators, and nurturing an inclusive and embodied culture – all in the context of the principles and practices of the Tao of Trauma.
This is a year long program for 4-6 people. Our goal is to help participants cultivate themselves as agents of transmission of cultural transformation through healing. We will support you in bi-monthly meetings to design a project or program that follows your passions, interests, and your community’s needs, to cultivate embodied experiences of kinship, and build your capacity to embody and share Tao of Trauma spirit, values, and content.
Linh Le will be my co-facilitator. Linh is a health educator and Doctor of Chinese Medicine with a background in marketing, project design, and management. As a Tao of Trauma graduate and Clinical Assistant, she blends Traditional Chinese Medicine, holistic mental wellness, and embodied spirituality to guide others in healing and transformation.

This group will meet every other month on Zoom with Alaine and Linh. In the alternate months, small groups with similar agendas will meet to learn from and support each other. Alaine and Linh will alternate attending these support groups.
You will also be eligible to attend the courses that the Teacher Certification students organize at no fee.
Program Fee
$1,500 per year
- Single payment in full by 2/1 ($1,500)
- Two payments due 2/1 and 8/1 ($800 each)
- Four payments due by 2/1, 5/1, 8/1 and 11/1 ($425 each)
25% off for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and First-Generation Immigrants
Cancellations made 30 days prior to class will be issued a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds thereafter.
